Amanda is the Education and Outreach Director of WEMSa in addition to being WEMSA's Conference Director. She is a Paramedic/FF with certification in EMD and CEMS. She coordinates and organizes the annual Conference, manage the Conference Committee, serve as Editor of the Association's magazine: EMS Professionals. She staff's the Education Committee, assist with outreach initiatives, and sit on multiple State Working Groups; including Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Community EMS, and the Dispatcher Assisted CPR Program. She is honored to serve on the UW OTD Board as a representative of EMS in Wisconsin and as a member of the Education and Training Committee for the EMS Advisory Board. She currently runs with the City of Burlington as a Paramedic Firefighter, an educator for the Coverdell Stroke Program, and Trainer for the Dispatch Assisted CPR Program.
