The 2019 WEMSA™ EMS Conference and Expo at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center is fast approaching, but it’s not too soon to think about hotel reservations. We are now accepting reservations at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center for our upcoming event.
Through this website you can book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about your reservation. We look forward to seeing you in November!
If you prefer to make your reservations by phone, call (608) 254-5466 ext. 41004. Be sure to mention you are reserving a room in the WEMSA Conference room block to get the discount.
Deluxe Comfort
Encompassing 756 guest rooms including 279 suites, Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Center accommodations are well appointed with African decor, and offer an assortment of features and amenities to enhance your comfort.
Choose from comfortable guest rooms that sleep up to 6 guests, spacious two bedroom Suites for up to 8 guests or expansive 3 to 5 Bedroom Suites that include a full kitchen with much more!
Each of the rooms and suites accommodations include at least a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, voicemail, television, in-room safe, pay-per-view movies, and much more.

Check in/out
Check in time begins at 4:00 pm. Should you arrive as early as 12:00 pm, you can pre-register and begin to enjoy the Water park.
Check out is no later than 11:00 am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, we invite you to stay with us until Water park closing time to enjoy the Water park and the many other great Kalahari amenities and services available.
Parking
When you visit Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center, you won’t need to worry about finding a spot to park or paying for parking. There is plenty of space and it’s free!
