Get Off My Lawn

Whether we like it or not, there is a huge multigenerational shift not only in both Fire and EMS but in our country. Some generations are getting a bad wrap, isn’t the previous one to blame?! How do we embrace this change in our society both at work and at home.

Tom is a professional Firefighter/Paramedic for The Grafton Fire Department. He began his career in 2005 as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT and since has earned two associates degrees in Firefighting and Paramedic as well as multiple certifications. Tom’s experience includes working with community Fire Departments, private EMS agencies and emergency rooms.
