Brain Exercises and Grounding Techniques for Yourself, Colleagues and Those

Presented by The Wellness Co-Op, Inc. more info at www.thewellnesscoopwi.com

The Wellness Co-Op is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit organization that provides mental wellness services to law enforcement, military, veterans, first responders, and their families through non-traditional approaches. We are qualified professionals (our licenses say so!) experienced in aiding first responders and military personnel in their careers and personal lives. Trained experts also meet with the families of those who protect and serve our communities.

Physical wellness is crucial for your overall health and wellbeing. This includes exercise, sleep, nutrition, and more. Physical exercise is good for your heart. Did you know aerobic exercise is also good for your brain? To fully optimize brain function, we will discuss enjoyable exercises to stop recycling old habits to rewire your brain. We will explain and practice grounding techniques and other tools for you to use for yourself or guide others through to optimize the brain for every situation.
